We use London City Bond to handle all our logistics. They store our wine in climate-controlled conditions, dispatch and deliver orders.
Just to keep things safe and secure, you'll be asked for a 4 digit PIN when you go through checkout. You (or the person taking your delivery) will need to quote it when your driver arrives.

We've got two delivery options that you can choose from at checkout.
Please note that if you are purchasing a Club Subscription the cost of delivery is already included.
ECONOMY
London City Bond delivers straight to your door, within 5 working days. You chose whether to receive your wine in the morning, or the afternoon.
We charge you £9.40 if you order less than 12 bottles. Delivery for orders over 12 bottles is FREE.
There are a few areas in the UK that do not qualify for our Economy Service. If this applies to your area our system will ask you to select an option from our Premium Service.
PREMIUM
London City Bond delivers straight to your door. You choose the day and select either an AM or a PM slot.
Next day delivery is available with this service; but it does depend on the time at which you place your order and your postcode.
The days available to you may also depend on your postcode. London City Bond does not deliver to every area in the UK, every day of the week.
If a particular delivery slot is not available to you, you will simply not be able to select it when checking out.
The cost of delivery for our Premium service varies. There is no mark up; we simply pass the direct cost onto you. The cost will be clearly displayed at checkout and if you want to reselect a delivery option you are free to do so.
OVERSEAS
We can deliver to other EU countries and Switzerland, but you’ll need to drop us an email, so we can give you a quote.

- Returns

Once you get your wine, if you don't like it for whatever reason, just send us an email or call. We'll pick up the wine straight away, at our cost, and refund you your money in full. No questions asked.
Should the wine be corked (statistically, this affects 5-10% of wines) get in touch and, at the very least, we will send you a replacement, entirely free of charge, of course.
