100% Malbec. The grapes were handpicked at the end of March from a vineyard located in the Paraje Altamira area of the Uco Valley. This region is at the South-West end of the valley and often has the lowest and highest temperatures of the whole valley. This thermal amplitude means the grapes develop thick skins with great polyphenols, resulting in wines of great colour and tannins, as well as intensifying the floral and spice aromas. Unlike in other years the winemaker has aged all the wine in oak barrels for 9 months and then bottled it and allowed to age further.
This is a delicious Malbec that can be enjoyed with or without food, we recommend that you give it around 30 minutes to breathe and open up after pulling the cork.
This wine is suitable for vegans.
