Petit Verdot is rarely a single varietal wine, most commonly a component in some of the world’s top blends. However innovative Accuro have broken the mould and made an exceptional 100% Petit Verdot.
Grapes sourced from Maipu, Mendoza were handpicked early April, fermented in concrete vessels for 10 days and allowed to age in concrete. This is another masterpiece from a master winemaker.

Food: A full bodied wine that will match up well with all sorts of meats such as lamb chops, roast pork, BBQ ribs and burgers. Or try it with portabello mushrooms, black beans, lentils. It also stands up well to spicier foods.
Tasting Notes: Garnet red in colour with aromas of red fruits and herbal notes. In the mouth it is lighter than Malbec but has great structure and volume with smooth tannins. Dark fruit flavours, slight earthy bottom notes and an excellent freshness that keeps you going back for more.
