Antucura Barrandica Sauvignon Blanc
Type: White
Grape: Sauvignon Blanc
Year: 2019
ABV: 14%
Region: Rio Negro, Patagonia
Food: This slightly lighter style of Sauvignon Blanc will pair well with anything light and/or herby, such as chicken, pork, fish, and shellfish.
Tasting Notes: This is a lovely bright yellow in colour with shades of olive green. There are aromas of white flowers, citrus, and green paprika. On the palate there is beautifully balanced acidity and super smoothness. This is certainly an authentic Sauvignon Blanc and worryingly easy to drink
