This is an outstanding Cabernet Franc will certainly reward those who allow it to breathe for an hour or two before consuming. The struggle is waiting that long!
It was a tricky vintage with some heavy rains in the Uco Valley in January and February. Fortunately, for the whole month of March it remained dry and sunny, and by the time of the harvest the grapes were showing excellent levels of ripeness and flavour concentration.
There were only 300 bottles of this barrel fermented wine made and we recommend that you drink some now and put some down to develop further over the coming years.
