Born from the crossing of Criolla (indigenous to Argentina) with the European Muscat, Torrontés resembles both of her parents, preserving the floral aromas typically associated with Muscat as well as the light, bitter finish of Criolla.

This 100% Torrontes comes from vineyards located in the Uco Valley and is a delightfully balanced wine between fruit flavours and acidity. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and no contact with wood make this wine full bodied but still fresh, bright and easy to drink.

DYAS Torrontes 2023

£16.50Price
  • Type: White

    Grape: Torrontes

    Year: 2023

    ABV: 14%

Region: Tunuyan, Valle De Uco, Mendoza

Food: To be enjoyed as an aperitif or with seabass, salmon, trout, monkfish or chicken. It's true of most Torrontes, and no exception here, these wines are the best curry accompaniment. A lighter Thai curry wouldn't overwhelm the nose.

Tasting Notes: The beautiful, rich, floral aromas are unmistakably Torrontes. This is a full bodied white wine that tastes rich and smooth; it has well balanced acidity and the delightful fruit flavours expect from a well crafted Torrontes.
