The grapes are from 75 year old vines in a single vineyard, Finca El Retiro, at over 1650 meters above sea level in the Cafayate Valley, Salta.
The grapes were harvested in the last week of May and the wine was fermewnted in new oak barrels.

This wine has 74 g/l residual sugar and has been made with a lot of care and attention, the result is simply delicious.
